My name is Beth and I love (in no particular order), food, working out, devouring books and magazines, wasting my time on Pinterest (it’s a problem), and spending time with family and friends. I am trying to reach that happy place where I can achieve some kind of balance in my life, and I would really love to travel more. What else can I tell you? Let’s see, I’ve worked in the food and hospitality industry too many years to count, I’m trained as a pastry chef and had my own wedding and specialty cake business for a while. I then went from feeding people sugar, to learning about holistic health and becoming a holistic nutritionist. Last year, I moved back home to Ottawa and I’m back to cooking for a living while I trying  figure out how to mesh all my interests and passions into my life’s purpose.  A major struggle in my life has been emotional eating, and I hope my insights and experiences can help you too.
